Beaver Machine Corporation warrants the purchaser that
this product shall be free from defects in material
or workmanship for a period of THIRTY (30) days from
the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.
Please retain your receipt.
During the warranty period, if this product is found
to be defective under normal use and service, Beaver
Machine Corporation shall at its option repair or replace
it with new or reconditioned product.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from
accidents, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized service. This
warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other
legal rights which vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty service, please contact the head
office of Beaver Machine Corporation before returning
the product with shipping prepaid to Beaver Machine
Corporation. Beaver Machine Corporation reserves the
right to replace any discontinued product with one of
equal or greator value.
This machine is not for commercial
use or resale. This machine is for home use only.
THIS MACHINE IS INTENDED FOR USE ONLY
BY CHILDREN 6 YEARS AND OLDER AND MUST ALWAYS BE USED
UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION. THE CONTENTS OF THIS MACHINE
CAN BE A CHOKING HAZARD AND ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN
UNDER 4 YEARS OLD. Edible contents should be kept dry
and changed regularly.
This machine must be securely positioned
on a stable, level surface. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THE
EDGE AND OUT OF REACH OF YOUNG CHILDREN. FAILURE TO
COMPLY WITH THESE RESTRICTIONS OR FAILURE TO USE THIS
MACHINE STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS
PROVIDED MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY.
This machine is covered by a manufacturer’s
limited warranty as set out in the accompanying warranty
information. FAILURE TO STRICTLY COMPLY WITH ALL RESTRICTIONS
AND USAGE INSTRUCTIONS AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS THE MANUFACTURER’S
WARRANTY.

INFORMATION, THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS”
AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND BEAVER MACHINE
CORPORATION, ITS SERVANTS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY NATURE
WHATSOEVER. NEITHER BEAVER MACHINE CORPORATION NOR ITS
SERVANTS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND/OR DISTRIBUTORS SHALL
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES WHATSOEVER
ARISING FROM OR RELATED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM
THE MISUSE OR ABUSE OF THIS MACHINE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
SHALL ANY LIABILITY OF BEAVER MACHINE CORPORATION, ITS
SERVANTS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND/OR DISTRIBUTORS EXCEED
THE PRICE PAID FOR THIS MACHINE. |
