When Josef Schwarzli started Machine-O-Matic
Ltd. (renamed Beaver Machine Corporation in 2000) in
1963, the company was housed in the back of a warehouse,
occupying 400 sq. ft. Josef’s specialty was in
design with knowledge in casting. Already armed with
a background in the vending business, Josef was able
to take advantage of an opportunity to acquire a few
steel moulds for some small vending machine parts.
It was in the late 1980’s the bubblegum machine
business finally took off and Machine-O-Matic was no
longer solely dependent on their custom casting line.
Today Beaver Machine Corporation is a family run business
with a passion for what they do. With three generations
at the helm, commercial machines are shipped to over
100 countries worldwide and the Beaver® name has
become synonymous for quality and innovative foresight. |
