HELPFUL HINTS

  1. Keep machines out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat such as radiators, heaters and fires. It is essential that the machines are sited in cool and dry conditions (20 degrees Celsius maximum, non-humid environments).
  2. Keep the machines clean and dry at all times. Clean all food contact areas, including the chute, each time the machine is serviced. (See Cleaning and Maintenance for more details).
  3. Always make sure that left over stock is resealed prior to storage, in order to ensure that it stays at its best.
  4. If the globe becomes scratched, replace it as soon as possible.
  5. Only use food grade materials, such as vegetable oils, for lubricating moving parts.
  6. Always wash your hands before handling or refilling the stock.
  7. Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling stock or refilling the machine.
  8. Do not put product that has fallen on the floor into the machine.

1. What do I do if I lose my key?
If you lose your key to the machine, contact Beaver Machine Corporation and speak with one of our customer service representatives. The key number is R1. You can also order another key online on our accessories page.
